Grenade Attack on Kenyan Church Service

Frontier MedEx’s Hot Spots reported on November 5, 2012 that: “Unidentified attackers threw grenades into a church in Garissa, located approximately 230 mi/375 km east of Nairobi, on 4 November 2012. Reports also indicate that shots were fired during the attack, which injured at least seven people. Churches in Garissa were targeted in July 2012 in attacks linked to al-Shabab Islamist militants; however, no group has claimed responsibility for the violence.”
