CCI’s next U.S. offering of the Field Security Seminar will be held May 1-3, 2013. The FSS will be hosted by Child Evangelism Fellowship at their facilities in Warrenton, MO.
The FSS is 3 days of intensive, field-based training for faith-based staff working in dangerous settings around the world. Participants will learn how to operate in environments threatened by landmines, UXO and IEDs; how to manage and survive violent encounters with different types of adversaries; how to survive as a hostage and successfully manage a kidnap experience; how to exercise leadership in field emergencies; and how to counter and defeat threats in the pre-attack phase of the terrorism cycle.
Price for the FSS is $650 per student. Seminar fee discounts are available for (1) more than one person attending from the same organization; (2) attending both the FSS and the Crisis Management Seminar (which will be held the following Monday-Wednesday in the same city); and (3) if your organization is a member of MissioNexus. Discounts are calculated automatically when you register. Lodging and meals are provided by CEF. Lodging is $25 per night (shared room) and meals are $15 per day.
