Crisis Consulting International will present a Crisis Management Workshop on November 4-5, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church (North Campus) in Mounds View, MN (Minneapolis area). The session’s schedule will be as follows:
Friday, November 4 – 6:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 5 – 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
This workshop will cover the basics of crisis management teams, crisis resolution protocol, risk assessment, utilizing sources of information and organizational policies. The target audience includes church leadership in any way responsible for sending out workers (short or long term), faith-based organizational leaders responsible for sending workers, member care, crisis management, policy development or preparing risk assessments.
