Field Security Seminar: November 28-30, 2016 – Bamenda, Cameroon

Crisis Consulting International will present a hosted, 2.5-day Field Security Seminar (FSS) open to outside registrations near Bamenda, Cameroon from November 28-30, 2016. The exact location will be communicated upon registration.

The FSS is geared for field workers of faith-based organizations operating in higher risk environments around the world. Participants will learn how to manage surveillance; maintain situational and environmental awareness; work in environments threatened by landmines and IEDs; manage and survive violent encounters and coordinated attacks; survive a hostage event; manage interrogations; counter and defeat threats in the pre-attack phase of the terrorism cycle.

Price and Schedule

The price for this FSS is $550 per student (payable directly to the host organization — information to be communicated upon registration), with a $50 discount being offered if the participant also attends the Crisis Management Seminar in the same location on November 30-December 2.

Travel and Accommodations

Travel (including to and from airports) is the responsibility of participants. (Some communication about ride-sharing options may be communicated but this is not guaranteed.) It should be noted that the training location is approximately eight hours by vehicle from the international airport in Douala.
