Field Security Seminar: July 12-14, 2017 – San Diego, CA

CCI is holding its popular Field Security Seminar (FSS) on July 12-14, 2017 at Rock Church San Diego, located at 2277 Rosecrans Street, San Diego, CA 92106.  (NOTE: Portions of this training will occur off campus.)

The FSS is a field-based training for faith-based staff working in dangerous environments around the world.  Participants will learn how to manage surveillance; maintain situational and environmental awareness; work in environments threatened by landmines and IEDs; manage and survive violent encounters, coordinated attacks and active shooters; survive a hostage event; manage interrogations; exercise leadership in field emergencies; counter and defeat threats in the pre-attack phase of the terrorism cycle.

Course scenario

Price for the FSS is $695 per student.  A seminar discount of $35 is available for participants who attend CCI’s 1-day Crisis Management Workshop on July 11 at the same location. 

Course Schedule

The seminar will start at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12. The following three days are full days, ending no earlier than 5:00 PM on July 14. The seminar will include some offsite, outdoor exercises designed to reinforce classroom instruction.

Transportation, Lodging and Meals

Travel to and from airports and lodging are the responsibility of participants. Refreshments will be provided, however meals are the responsibility of the participant. A number of fast food and sit-down dining establishments are located within a few hundred feet of the training venue.

Enrollment Maximum
