CCI seminar refund policy
Unless otherwise stated, CCI’s refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days from seminar start date
- **FSS Only** Full refund for cancellations made less than 30 days from seminar start date IF the open slot is filled by another student
- Otherwise, CCI will refund:
- 75% of CCI’s fee with 15-30 days’ notice, or
- 50% of CCI’s fee with 8-14 days’ notice, or
- 25% of CCI’s fee with 7 days or less notice; and
- Any refund of lodging and meal fees shall be at the sole discretion of the venue provider and must be determined between student and venue.
